The Bottle cap project

Thank you to all of the staff and families that have donated plastic bottle caps.

The students have started sorting and counting them. We have been collecting the bottle caps to create a bottle cap artwork. The students are doing this to recycle plastic bottle caps. Currently, bottle caps are going into the landfill and as they are plastic it takes between 450 – 1000 years to biodegrade.

If you have any bottle caps to donate, they can be dropped into the recycling container at the front office or into the containers in each classroom. Please send them in as soon as possible as we are starting to finalise our artwork.
