A message from the Principal

Hume Public School provides students with a diverse range of needs and backgrounds and operates a wide varitey of social, sporting and academic programs.

Hume Public School is set in extensive grounds and has large classrooms equipped with interactive technology.

At Hume Public School we strive to provide:

• Opportunities in an inspiring and progressive learning community that engages all to achieve personal growth and be respectful and responsible citizens.
• Every child, Every chance, Every day.

We offer two part time preschool classes, two special education classes, an early intervention class and mainstream classes in an environment fostering the values promoted by NSW Department of Education.

Our experienced teaching staff encourage students to fulfil their potential, which is supported and reflected in our school motto, "Progress through Endevour".

Hume Public School promotes participation, engagment and enthusiasm; is commited to providing quality education to enable students to achieve their full potential in a caring, stimulating and harmonious environment; reflects the needs and expectations of students, parents, teachers and the community; and provides children with a wide range of opportunities in which to learn and grow.
